fractions 모듈 - from_float 메서드(method)

/// 설명

인자 flt 의 (컴퓨터 내부에서 표현할 수 있는) 정확한 값(exact value)를 생성합니다. Fraction(x, y)는 현실에서 사람들이 다루는 값을 표현합니다.

참고: Decimal().from_float()
